These terms apply to your use of this website. By using the site or sending an enquiry, you accept them.

About us

This website is run by the Monte Carlo Mining Club (“MC²”, “we”), a not-for-profit association.

Registered office: 17 Avenue des Spélugues, 98000 Monaco. To reach us, use our contact page.

What this site is for

The site presents MC², a private circle for mine owners, investors and others working in mining, which meets quarterly in Monaco. It lets you send a membership enquiry or contact us.

Membership

Sending an enquiry does not make you a member and does not create any right to membership. Membership is granted at the sole discretion of the Members Council, in line with the association's statutes. We may decline an enquiry without giving a reason.

Gatherings

Dates, venues and formats of our gatherings may change. Attendance is by invitation and subject to the association's rules.

No investment advice

Nothing on this site or said at our gatherings on behalf of MC² is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, asset or interest in any mining project. Members make their own decisions and should take their own professional advice.

Using the site

Please give accurate information in your enquiry and use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt the site, send automated or bulk submissions, or submit someone else's details without their permission.

Name, logo and content

The name Monte Carlo Mining Club, the MC² mark and the content of this site belong to the association. You may not use them without our written permission.

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees. To the extent Monaco law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Your personal information
