- To keep the association's records and meet our obligations under Monaco law.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Enquiries are read by the Members Council. They arrive by email and are kept in our inbox.
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and deliver enquiries:
- Netlify, which hosts this website
- FormSubmit, which forwards the enquiry form to our inbox
We share members' names with event venues only to prepare guest lists.
Transfers outside Monaco
Some of our service providers store data outside Monaco, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards required by Monaco Law No. 1.565 of 3 December 2024 on the protection of personal data.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to membership: 12 months, then deleted.
- Members: for as long as you are a member.
Photographs at gatherings
We do not photograph our gatherings or publish attendee names.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. To display the page, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and a graphics library from Cloudflare's cdnjs, so those providers receive your IP address as part of the request.
